Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for size or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost.

All products sold under the Swindler Wear brand are made to order and fulfilled by Urban730 LLC, doing business as Swindler Wear through a print-on-demand production process. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes

  • Ordering the wrong item or color

  • Normal wear and tear

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Printify fulfillment policies, we only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@swindlerwear.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or error

Once verified, Urban730 LLC, d/b/a Swindler Wear, will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or custom products

  • Items with sizing or fit issues

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If an item qualifies as damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement will be issued after review, consistent with Printify’s fulfillment policies.


European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
