All orders placed through Swindler Wear are fulfilled by Urban730 LLC, doing business as Swindler Wear, using a print-on-demand production process.
Order Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary based on product type, production volume, and fulfillment location. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates only and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has received the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
Urban730 LLC, d/b/a Swindler Wear, is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, we are not responsible for reshipping costs or issuing refunds.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@swindlerwear.com, and we will assist with a claim where applicable, in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@swindlerwear.com, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you.
